Employer provides demand letter specifying roles, certifications, and quantities. PPA analyzes requirements and develops a sourcing strategy tailored to the project scope.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Database search plus fresh recruitment from Pakistan’s industrial hubs (Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad). Safety certification verification and trade test scheduling for all shortlisted candidates.

NAVTTC Trade Testing & PakSoftSkills

Candidates undergo skills verification at NAVTTC-certified centers. PakSoftSkills assessment is mandatory for all departing workers since November 2025. Welders complete 6G/6GR practical tests.

GAMCA Medical Examination

Medical clearance through GAMCA-approved centers for all GCC-bound workers. Results shared with the employer for full transparency. PPA manages token booking and scheduling.

Document Processing & Visa

Passport verification, MOFA attestation, embassy visa stamping, and Protectorate registration. Full documentation audit trail maintained. Work permit approval from the destination country is handled by the employer.

Deployment & Mobilization

Pre-departure orientation covering site safety protocols, employer policies, and worker rights. Workers arrive job-ready with all certifications verified and documentation complete.
