Yes. PPA manages the complete Pakistan-side visa process: GAMCA medical, document attestation through MOFA, embassy visa stamping, and Protectorate clearance. The work permit/visa approval from the destination country is handled by the employer.

All workers undergo skills verification through NAVTTC-certified testing centers. Since November 2025, PakSoftSkills assessment is mandatory for all departing Pakistani workers. Welders undergo practical welding tests (6G/6GR) with third-party inspection.
